Course Coordinator (6 Positions)

Provide first line of contact with parents, prospective students, current batch students and other business associates like external faculties, vendors, etc

  • Establishing and maintaining good rapport with students and directing students on rules and regulations of institute/CDAC.
  • Suggest action plans when things are deviating from the standard or actual goals
  • Provide weekly progress reports on student enquiry follow-ups, student attendance, student suggestions and disciplinary actions taken.
  • Planning and scheduling of upcoming batches, feedbacks of all modules, module end examinations and weekly sessions
  • Presentation and conducting student induction programs and completion of the joining formalities of students at the time of admission.
  • Attending all CDAC meeting related to Course conduct and providing timely reports to CDAC.
  • Should be able to coordinate with faculties for: Purchase orders, agreements and contracts, faculty attendance, module end examination question papers and checking of answer sheets and updating the marks in CDAC format.
  • Timely updating all formats and sending them to CDAC, displaying all notices, attendance, schedules and results.
  • Creating, updating and maintaining ISO standards formats document
